We offer two categories of registration for the ALAA Conference 2025: Full Conference Registration and Single Day Registration. The registration forms are located at the bottom of this page.
We encourage taking advantage of the Early Bird rates and the ALAA membership discounts that are on offer. Further information regarding ALAA membership can be found on the ALAA website.

Full Conference registration includes access to:

Abstract Notifications
Notifications and communications surrounding submitted proposals have been distributed. If you cannot locate this, please check the email address associated with the submitter’s email address for the Oxford Abstracts account and its associated junk folders.
You can also view the outcome of your submission via the submitter’s Oxford Abstracts account.
ALAA Membership
If you are not currently an ALAA member, you may join via the ALAA Membership page to take advantage of discounted conference registration and receive access to other membership inclusions.
Student Rates
Full time students of an Australian or accredited overseas institution are eligible for student rates. Evidence of full time student status may be requested.
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner is an optional add-on for AU$80. The event will be held on the evening of Day 2 of the conference (November 18, 2025) at Yots Greek Taverna (4.5* based on 489 Google Reviews; July 2025)
If you have dietary requirements, please advise at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to ALAA 2025 Conference Committee. A $50 fee will apply to cancellations made before 31 October 2025 to cover administration costs. No refunds will be made after 31 October 2025, but substitute delegates may be accepted.
No refunds will be made for cancellation of conference dinner with less than five working days’ notice in writing prior to the start of the conference.
